Deal Drop Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

1.1The "Deal Drop" Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by MSA Devco (Pty) Ltd (“Promoter”).

1.2The Promotion will run from 2 June 2025 to 29 June 2025 ( “Promotion Period”).

1.3Deal Drop offers will change each Monday during the Promotion Period and are valid until the expiry date stated in the McDonald’s App for each promotional item.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to all persons who are registered McDonald’s App users and have a rewards points balance not exceeding 20 000.

2.2 The Promotional items are available for in-store collection only.

2.3 By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

How to Participate

3.1 Order via the ‘Deals’ section of the McDonald’s App by clicking on the “redeem” and adding the offer to your order by scanning and completing your qualifying order on the App;

3.2 When collecting your in-store order, use the offer “M” code or QR code (where applicable) at the kiosk, front counter or Drive-thru of a participating restaurant.

3.3 Promotional offers will only be available for selected menu items that appear on the App and may only be available at specific times of the day (for example, breakfast menu items are served between 06:00 and 10:30)

3.4 The promotional offer is limited to one use per day.

General Terms

4.1 The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the Promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4.2 The Promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.3 Promotional items are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other promotions.

4.4 Promoter assumes no responsibility for system failures, network issues, or other interruptions that may hinder participation or redemption.

4.5 Use of the McDonald’s App is subject to its terms and conditions .

4.6 The Promoter, acting reasonably, will decide whether a customer has already redeemed the applicable offer and its decision is final.

4.7 Deal Drop Promotion offers are only valid at participating McDonald's restaurants in South Africa. Please use McDonald's Restaurant Locator for addresses.

4.8 These Terms and any dispute arising from them will be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
