Terms and Conditions Governing Participation in The Mc Donald’s R10 Delights Consumer Promotion
- The R10 Delights Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by McDonald’s (“The Promoter”).
- The Promotion is open to all McDonald’s customers, at participating restaurants only. The list of participating restaurants can be found on www.mcdonals.co.za
- The R10 Delights menu is limited to 5 menu items per customer. A customer can only purchase 5 menu items at a time.
- The R10 Delights menu is limited to the following menu items, at R10 each item:
- Hamburger
- Plain Sundae
- Coke No Sugar
- Small Fries
- Short Filter Coffee
5. By participating in the promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these rules/terms and conditions as interpreted by the promoter, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. The promoter reserve the right at any time, without notice, to amend, modify, or change these rules/terms and conditions, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this promotion, without notice at any time, for any reason which they reasonably deem necessary.
6. The Promoter’s decision in this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
