This exciting game allows app users to spin and unlock exclusive daily deals. Spin the wheel once daily to reveal a new deal and use it before it expires to enjoy discounts on your favourite McDonald's menu items.

By participating in the Spin the Wheel game, you agree to the following game Terms and Conditions, which form a binding agreement between you and McDonald's. Participation is not permitted if you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Game Participation:

To participate, you must be a registered user of the McDonald's app.

Players are allowed one free spin per day to unlock the deal of the day if they land on a panel.

Each deal is valid for a limited time, as the McDonald's app specifies.

Deals unlocked through the game must be redeemed in-store at any participating restaurant and may not be combined with any other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.

Eligibility:

The game is open to residents of South Africa who are 18 years or older.

McDonald's employees, agents, or affiliates directly involved in the development or administration of the game are not eligible to participate.

Loyalty Points:

Players may earn additional spins using McDonald's app loyalty points.

Loyalty points can be redeemed for extra spins within the app, subject to availability and McDonald's discretion.

Game Modification:

McDonald's reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the game or any aspect of the game, at any time, without prior notice.

McDonald's may, in its sole discretion, modify the rules, mechanics, or rewards of the game at any time without notice.

Disqualification:

McDonald's reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent activity or violates these Terms and Conditions.

Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with the game or its results may lead to immediate disqualification.

Liability:

McDonald's will not be held responsible for technical errors, interruptions, or failures that may affect the game’s performance.

Participation in the game is at the player’s own risk, and McDonald's accepts no liability for any losses or damages resulting from participation in the game.

Privacy:

By participating in the game, you agree to McDonald’s Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your personal information.

Changes to Terms:

McDonald's reserves the right to amend these game Terms and Conditions at any time and participants will be bound by such changes.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
