About The
Partnership

This collaboration aligns with CATHSSETA's High Impact Programme, which focuses on providing essential skills that can lead to employment in the hospitality sector, including potential opportunities within McDonald's.
By blending classroom and on-the-job training, this initiative empowers young people with the skills needed to improve employability, addressing South Africa's pressing youth unemployment challenges.
