Deal Drop Terms & Conditions

1. McDonald's Deal Drop promotion runs on selected Mondays. Deal Drop offers will be displayed in the ‘Deals’ (as applicable) section of the McDonald’s App (Deal Drop Promotion).

2. McDonald’s Deal Drop Promotion offers vary and are only available via the McDonald’s App. See the McDonald’s App for your current Deal Drop Promotion offers.

3. Each Deal Drop Promotion offer is valid for such period of time as indicated in the offer terms of each offer. Breakfast menu items are served between 06:00 and 10:30. Main menu items are served between 10:30 - 23:59.

4. To be eligible to receive and use a Deal Drop Promotion offer, you must:

a) be 18 years old or over;

b) have downloaded, registered and signed-in via the McDonald's App; and

c) have the applicable offer showing in the ‘Deals’ or ‘Rewards’ (as applicable) section of the McDonald’s App.

5. Deal Drop Promotion offers are not automatically added to your order. To redeem you must:

a) order via the ‘Deals’ (as applicable) section of the McDonald’s App by clicking on the button in that section which describes the applicable offer, adding the offer to your order and completing your qualifying order on the App with a participating restaurant, following which the order should be collected (as applicable) the same day from that restaurant; or

b) use the M-Code offer code or QR code (where applicable) at the kiosk, front counter or Drive-thru of a participating restaurant, if the offer showing in your McDonald's App account provides that functionality.

6. A Deal Drop Promotion offer is valid on Pickup orders, only on the McDonald’s App.

7. Deal Drop Promotion offers cannot be redeemed on orders made via a third-party delivery service, App or website.

8. Each Deal Drop Promotion offer is one-time use daily per McDonald's App account only.

9. Often limited to a few deals (e.g., 3) per person/transaction. Menu items are subject to availability. Deal Drop Promotion offers are subject to opening hours of participating restaurants.

10. At any one time your MyMcDonald's Rewards points balance must not exceed 20,000 points. If your MyMcDonald's Rewards points balance would exceed 20,000 points when a points offer is applied, the offer will only be applied in part and any points that would have been due beyond the 20,000 cap will not be awarded and will be forfeited.

11. Customers must not use mobile phones while driving. If redeeming at a Drive-thru, ensure you have your code ready before starting your journey.

14. The Promoter, acting reasonably, will decide whether a customer has already redeemed the applicable offer and its decision is final.

15. McDonald’s reserves the right to determine if an offer has already been redeemed. These Terms are governed by South African law and subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
