McDonald’s South Africa Donates 60 000 Burgers during the Month of May - McDonald's

McDonald’s South Africa will be donating 60,000 Burgers to people most in need during the month of May. That is 2,000 Burgers every day reaching the most vulnerable of society. McDonald’s SA will work through their NGO partner SA HARVEST, who has a widespread network of charity organizations that will benefit from receiving this food every day.

“We are ready and eager to serve on the frontline, serving our customers and serving our communities. We want to help more and believe it is not only our responsibility but our privilege to be able to make a difference,” says Daniel Padiachy, Executive for Supply Chain, Marketing and Technology.

“We thank our supplier partners, Libstar, Dewcrisp, Detpak, Uber Eats and Wakanda, who have all helped in bringing this commitment to life and hope other corporates do the same,” concludes Padiachy.
